Dream Tea Blend

If you've been to a HIYERAlignment workshop, then you've likely heard me talk about Dreams, Dreamwork and Lucid Dreaming. This blend was created just for these purposes --increased dream clarity, vividness, and recall.

This dream tea has a blend of the best quality dream herbs like Thai Blue Lotus, Calea Zatecachichi, and Mugwort. Blue butterfly pea flowers give this tea a dreamy deep blue color that will turn purple if you add some lemon juice. You'll note hints of blueberry, strawberry, and raspberry. The dream herbs do give this blend a strong flavor, but one cup will before bed will do!
