Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final as all physical products are handmade. If your item arrives damaged please contact us at awalker@thehiyergroup.com within 24 hours of the item being received so we can resolve the issue for you. Please provide pictures and a detailed email regarding what is damaged. Your item may be eligible for free repair. If so, you will be required to mail the item back, repairs will be made and the item will be re-mailed back to you.

There are no refunds on digital products, workbooks, or masterclasses.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, teas, flowers, sages, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), crystal jewelry, digital products, and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds
Please note there are no refunds on crystal jewelry, incense, sage, palo santo, perishable items like teas or herbs, or digital products. If there is some issue or damage to your order, please contact within 24 hours of receipt with pictures and a detailed message to awalker@thehiyergroup.com. We will help to resolve the issue as quickly as possible including any repairs that need to be made. If repairs are necessary, you will be required to mail the item back using your choice of carrier, repairs will be made, and the item will be mailed back to you.

 

Processing & Shipping
Orders will be processed between 2-7 business days. Orders will be shipped 24-72 hours after processing. Please note that most items are handmade and may require adjustments to fit you. Custom orders take longer because items will need to be completely created by hand. Often orders are processed and shipped within the same week. If you have questions about the processing or shipping times/estimates of your order please email awalker@thehiyergroup.com and include your order number and questions.
