The New Moon is the perfect time to set new goals and new intentions --and that's exactly what you'll be doing during this ceremony. You'll engage in:

- Journaling & Goal Setting
- Yin Yoga
- Pranayama
- Sankalpa Creation
- Mindfulness Meditation OR Yoga Nidra 

You will receive your workbook that includes the journaling activities and goal tracking sheet 24 hours before the workbook begins, along with the Zoom Link to the meeting room. 

You'll want to print the goal tracking sheet as you will use this during the ceremony.
